📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution of a new suite of AI-powered creative and marketing products • Report directly to the CTO • Manage internal productivity tools for designers and media producers • Develop self-serve marketing software for real estate agents • Define the end-to-end product roadmap for AI-driven creative tools across internal production teams and self-serve agent platforms • Establish KPIs tied to adoption, creative quality, production speed, and revenue impact • Identify and validate generative AI opportunities across text, image, video, and audio • Partner with engineering to deploy models into production with quality standards and brand guardrails • Map intake-to-delivery workflows with designers and media producers to remove bottlenecks • Engage agents and sellers to prioritize features that drive listing success • Lead sprint planning and discovery • Collaborate with executive, legal, studio, and engineering stakeholders on priorities, risk management, and feature releases • Use PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and related analytics tools to track user behavior, feature usage, and platform performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of core Product Management experience within SaaS, MarTech, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or creative media tooling • Hands-on experience integrating generative AI technologies, including LLMs and media generation models, into production software • Understanding of current generative AI limitations • Proven experience collaborating directly with designers, video editors, and producers to productize craft-heavy workflows • Proficiency in Agile delivery alongside engineering teams • Hands-on experience using product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Metabase • Domain experience in real estate tech, luxury branding, media production, or agency environments is a nice-to-have • Reliable internet connection and a laptop • Must be currently based in Latin America
