📋 Description

• Shape the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based product • Lead product discovery, identify user needs, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on user and business impact • Translate ambiguous problems and early-stage concepts into product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable specifications • Partner with engineering on system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, data flows, and technical constraints • Address complex edge cases, failure modes, error recovery, permissions, and user-control scenarios • Collaborate with design and engineering from discovery through execution and launch • Conduct and incorporate user research to validate assumptions and inform product decisions • Write product documentation and user-facing product copy • Make tradeoffs between product velocity, usability, technical complexity, and system correctness • Maintain focus on user trust, privacy, continuity, and long-term interaction quality • Work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering for a next-generation AI product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution • Strong understanding of UX and interaction design • Ability to turn broad, undefined problems into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements • Ability to create or effectively use wireframes, prototypes, and lightweight artifacts • Strong technical understanding of complex software systems • Ability to collaborate directly with engineers on technical decisions • Ability to discuss LLM behavior, state management, data flows, system behavior, and edge cases • Strong product judgment around permissions, privacy, user control, error recovery, reliability, and long-running user interactions • Excellent written communication skills • Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Latam based • Experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, agentic products, or workflow automation platforms preferred • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React preferred • Formal education or professional experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) preferred • Experience taking zero-to-one products from concept through launch preferred • Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced product environments preferred • Experience with persistent memory, identity, permissions, multi-step workflows, or context-aware experiences preferred
