Description
• Lead the development of a compliant and compelling storyline • Ability to adeptly develop responses to Technical proposal sections • Own the overall quality, compliance, and completeness of each opportunity response • Undertake research, prepare draft guidance material and documentation
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical writing or developmental editing role • A working knowledge and understanding of government contracts is preferred • Able to support multiple projects • Related certifications or training preferred (APMP) • Related College degree preferred (Bachelor and/or Master degree) in Business Administration, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience as a proposal manager
