📋 Description

• Partner with the People team and internal stakeholders to keep payroll documentation and employee lifecycle data accurate and up to date • Coordinate and oversee local Brazilian payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, other compensation, tax filings, and labor compliance • Liaise with external payroll providers across international entities • Submit payroll inputs accurately and on time, review monthly output reports, and manage payment approvals • Oversee statutory filings including eSocial, FGTS, INSS, and IRRF • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws, union agreements, and audit standards • Direct payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts, funding, accruals, and general ledger balance sheets • Coordinate payroll treatment of statutory employee benefits, 13th-month salary, vacation pay plus, meal and transport vouchers, and expense reimbursements • Track payroll operational KPIs using system data and reporting • Drive continuous improvement in payroll accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Payroll Analyst • Experience overseeing Brazilian payroll operations end-to-end • Knowledge of Brazilian payroll processing and statutory filings, including eSocial, FGTS, INSS, and IRRF • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, union agreements, and audit standards • Experience working with external payroll providers across international entities • Ability to manage payroll inputs, output reports, payment approvals, journal entries, reconciliations, funding, accruals, and general ledger balance sheets • Knowledge of statutory employee benefits, 13th-month salary, vacation pay plus, meal and transport vouchers, and expense reimbursements • Ability to use system data and reporting to track payroll KPIs
