Description

• Excel and Data Management: Your primary responsibility will be managing and organizing sales data efficiently. In order to analyze, manipulate, and update data, you will need a good understanding of Excel. • Order Entry: You will be responsible for accurately entering sales orders into our system, ensuring all relevant details are captured without errors. • Reporting: Providing sales teams and management with regular sales reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Task Support: Assist the Sales Operations team in various administrative tasks, updating customer information, and coordinating with different departments. • Other tasks in service of our client: Handle day-to-day tasks that streamline sales processes and contribute to overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills • Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage • Great communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Fluent English(written and spoken) • Eagerness to learn • Team player • Willingness to join a dynamic start-up environment - constantly changing, improving and upgrading our business and processes
