âą This is a remote position. âą We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. âą As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through cold-calling outreach, scheduling qualification calls, and tracking key metrics. âą If you have a proven track record of success in sales outreach and are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Excel, and Dialpad, we'd love to hear from you. âą Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling outreach. âą Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking EA calls. âą Track and report on key outreach and close metrics. âą Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis. âą Perform other tactical sales and marketing-related tasks as needed.
âą 2+ years demonstrated experience achieving quota in a sales outreach role âą 1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management âą 1+ years experience with Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting âą Familiarity with Dialpad or similar phone outreach tool âą Strong written and verbal English communication skills
