• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain candidate data using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit). • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel. • Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Completed a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience. • Exposure to technical hiring is preferred. • Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting. • Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
