Description

• As Two Chairs scales up, we’re looking to add an Analyst to our dynamic Finance team • You’ll work closely with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, VP of Finance, company leadership, and partners across our marketplace operations, talent acquisition, demand generation, and clinical teams to drive meaningful business impact and power our company-wide forecasting & planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or finance at a high-growth startup/tech company • Highest attention to detail and a sense of pride in driving operational excellence • Strong grasp of financial statements, reporting, modeling, and accounting principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate actionable conclusions to various stakeholders • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, with a bias for action and rigor in supporting complex projects and key decisions • Ability to clearly frame complex problems and identify key drivers and implications • Experience analyzing and generating insights from large data sets; Expert in Excel, Proficiency with financial analysis and data analytics tools (eg. Looker, SQL, etc.) preferred • Team-first mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and dive in where needed; comfortable wearing many hats and managing competing priorities • Desire to work in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment
