📋 Description

• Monitor smart metering data by reviewing exception reports and investigating missing or substituted data issues. • Configure and maintain smart meter installations, replacements, and connection records within the billing platform. • Perform billing cycle reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and compliant billing. • Generate and analyse billing, settlement, usage, and exception reports to identify discrepancies and trends. • Investigate and resolve billing anomalies, escalating complex issues when required. • Maintain accurate embedded network client records and support new smart meter data connections. • Contribute to continuous improvement of billing, reporting, and system administration processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in utility billing, embedded networks, smart metering, energy management, billing administration, or a similar support role is advantageous. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate billing, metering, and data-related issues. • High attention to detail when reviewing meter data, billing reports, client records, and exception reports. • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and billing validation. • Experience using billing systems, metering platforms, CRM systems, or other business applications is highly desirable. • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage recurring reporting tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders. • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work accurately with detailed data, follow structured processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
