• At Tyk, seeking a Senior Customer Solution Architect who will play a key role in customer engagement and success strategies • Embrace and contribute to Tyk's values, collaborate for continuous improvement • Advocate for customers internally, support customer onboarding and training • Serve as subject matter expert in customer engagements, provide consultative insights and support • Maintain detailed records within CRM system for customer relationships

Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer-facing engineering roles • Background in development, infrastructure, or project lifecycle management • Proven track record in delivering enterprise IT projects, exceptional communication and presentation skills • Development, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency • Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, cloud platforms, SaaS administration, Kubernetes, CI/CD concepts • Experience in infrastructure engineering or solution architecture
