Description

• Senior Support Engineer role • Dealing with client support tickets, call requests, and community forum posts • Contributing to product development • Helping customers solve critical API Management issues • Working with engineers to enhance offerings and convey clients' needs • Contributing to product support documentation and other assets

Requirements

• Experience providing technical support for a complex product • Experience working collaboratively with core engineering teams • Experience with REST calls • Experience in a server-side programming language, Go would be advantageous • Good English writing skills • Background in software development and solution architecture • General usage of Linux, scripting, and related utilities • General usage of containers such as Kubernetes and Docker • Experience with client-facing interactions like video conference calls and meetings • Understanding of common internet technologies, protocols, standards, and data formats
