Requirements
• Experience in managing, leading, and nurturing Product/UX design teams • Previous involvement with SaaS platforms, complex applications, or enterprise software • Familiarity with working in advanced Design Systems • Ability to drive design teams towards efficiency and higher standards • Proficiency in leading design reviews and using design tools like Figma • Experience in user testing and research methodologies • Excellent English proficiency for clear communication • Bonus: Experience in Design Operations
