• Create and manage spreadsheets and databases. • Manages calendars, schedules appointments, and coordinates meetings. • Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • Maintains organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. • Screens and directs incoming calls and visitors. • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment. • Assists with data entry and maintains databases. • Compiles and reconciles expense reports. • Assists with special projects as assigned. • Assists with billing processes, including invoice preparation and tracking. • Supports contract administration and record-keeping. • Prepares financial reports and assists with budget reconciliation. • Complies with all legal requirements and company policies. • Performs all other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 2 years of administrative support experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
