• Primary operational contact for clinical study • Responsible for planning and implementing clinical trials • Provide operational leadership to clinical operations team • Ensure project milestones delivery on time and within budget • Mentor junior staff • Critical thinking skills for problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline • Advanced degree preferred (MA/MS, Pharm D, Ph D) • 7-8 years progressive experience in clinical research management • 1+ year supervisory experience • Experience in management of external vendors • Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial design • Knowledge of FDA regulations/ICH/GCP guidelines
