📋 Description

• Support and implement the corporate technology governance model • Create formal technical decision-making mechanisms, including an Architecture Board, ADRs, and a Tech Radar • Establish guidelines for the adoption, evolution, and decommissioning of technologies • Align technology strategy with business objectives • Create and track technical maturity metrics • Define architectural standards for frontend, mobile, backend, APIs, messaging, and cloud • Create reference architectures and blueprints for new projects • Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their adoption • Ensure technical consistency across squads and business units • Support critical architecture decisions in strategic projects • Lead the implementation of standardized CI/CD pipelines • Establish DevSecOps practices and security automation • Define standards for unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, as well as continuous quality • Advance Developer Experience through internal tools, templates, and automation • Ensure consistent environments and infrastructure as code • Establish SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, incident management, and post-mortems • Serve as a technical reference for architects, tech leads, and senior engineers • Develop team capabilities and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning • Influence decisions without formal authority, facilitate complex technical discussions, and resolve conflicts

🎯 Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in software engineering • At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership • Experience working across multiple technology domains, multiple digital products, or complex platforms • Proven track record of implementing technical governance and enterprise-wide standards • Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and DevSecOps • Strong, demonstrable expertise in Java and Python development • Knowledge of the Spring, JUnit, Jakarta, TensorFlow, and Django frameworks • Proven experience designing software architecture in cloud-native environments • Proven experience in secure software development • Experience with code profiling tools for performance analysis • Knowledge of databases and monitoring frameworks • Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks and models, including open-source solutions, ChatGPT, and Amazon Bedrock • Familiarity with generative AI applied to software development • AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications and knowledge of observability, messaging, and mobile development are desirable • Technical leadership, influence without formal authority, facilitation of technical discussions, conflict resolution, collaboration, and continuous learning skills
