📋 Description
• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Retail RMS • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders • Define functional processes related to merchandising and retail operations • Support implementation, rollout, sustainment, and continuous improvement initiatives for the RMS • Translate operational needs into structured functional specifications • Participate in functional workshops and strategic alignments with stakeholders • Support technical teams in interpreting business rules and functional integrations • Validate operational flows, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria • Ensure adherence to merchandising and retail management best practices • Prepare functional documentation, flowcharts, and process specifications
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Oracle Retail Cloud • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Retail RMS • Experience with merchandising processes and retail operations • Knowledge of product master data setup, pricing, and inventory management • Experience in functional integration between RMS, ERP, OMS, and other corporate systems • Experience in requirements elicitation and definition • Ability to act as a consultant to business stakeholders • Experience in Oracle Retail implementation and support projects • Intermediate Spanish • Intermediate English • Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese
