📋 Description

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics) • Work on solution design, configuration, and execution of unit tests • Produce project documentation (FRDs, Strategy Documents, and Cutover Plans) • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deliver "Train the Trainer" style trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance and/or Analytics) • Experience with integrations, including Boomi Integration (strongly preferred) • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and the implementation lifecycle • Knowledge of testing (unit and UAT) and supporting the user validation process • Required qualification: BE (Bachelor of Engineering) • Advanced/Fluent English
