📋 Description
• Performs tasks related to the preparation of payroll journal entries • Reconciliation of tax and benefit accounts • Processing invoices • Responds to customer inquiries • Posts appropriate entries to general ledger • Runs required reports • Assists with the month-end close process by processing journal entries and preparing reports • Reviews banking transactions to ensure proper posting within Great Plains accounting software
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
