📋 Description

• Preparation and revision of quotes based on production specifications and accurate cost calculations • Formatting offers so customers can clearly understand the services provided • Ensuring adequate company liquidity • Managing invoicing and dunning (collections) • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable • Administrative liaison between sales, production and customers • Administrative customer onboarding • Smooth handover of customers to production • Questioning and improving processes • Automating recurring administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Registered residence in Germany • Cover letter in German • Fluent German and English skills • Ideally, completed commercial/business training • Confident use of the internet and Chrome • Familiarity with Firefox and Internet Explorer • Familiarity with GSuite, preferably stronger than with Office365 • Basic understanding of balance sheets and profit & loss (P&L) statements • Understanding the difference between trade margin and gross profit • Ability to quickly validate calculations using the simple rule of three • Reliability, quick comprehension, and strong willingness and ability to learn • Perseverance when dealing with new challenges and tasks • Willingness to question and further develop processes • Long-term willingness to pursue further training and take on additional responsibilities • AI-first work ethic and methodology • Ability to automate recurring tasks • Suitable workspace for remote work
