Description

• Director, Revenue Operations role responsible for driving predictable revenue across the organization • Manage a team overseeing Revenue Operations for Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support • Lead and manage quarterly planning for Revenue Operations unit • Partner with Senior Leadership Team to develop revenue strategies and align teams • Develop processes for visibility, efficiency, and revenue growth • Lead revenue data-related activities and drive revenue predictability • Act as a key player in cross-functional strategic planning

Requirements

• Experience with revenue forecasting and reporting • Experience in mentoring and coaching in a revenue operations context • Experience with revenue-related tech stack for SaaS companies • Results-oriented with attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking • Creative problem-solving skills • Minimum 5 years experience managing a team • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated leadership attributes and cultural fit with the company values
