📋 Description

• Identify and target potential partners: golf clubs, driving ranges, coaching academies, training centers, and corporate/fitness partners. • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (owners, general managers, directors) in target organizations. • Negotiate business agreements, including reseller deals, facility partnerships, or co-branded experiences. • Develop business development plans to align with overall sales and company growth goals. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to formulate high-potential growth strategies. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align go-to-market strategies and new product rollouts. • Lead the proposal and bidding process for large potential partners. • Collaborate with the Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to build compelling value propositions. • Forecast business development pipeline and revenue and report on key metrics. • Represent Uneekor at industry events (PGA Show, trade shows, club / facility conferences) and lead business development initiatives at these events. • Create and deliver presentations, demos, and business cases to prospective partners. • Help develop marketing collateral or case studies that highlight Uneekor’s technology, ROI, and value to facilities. • Ensure successful onboarding, integration, and satisfaction for facility and partner clients. • Coordinate with Product and Support teams to relay feedback and drive continuous improvement. • Maintain long-term relationships and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business development with hardware and software / technology sales; experience in the golf, sports tech, or fitness industry is a strong plus. • Demonstrated success closing B2B partnerships or large commercial deals. • Familiar with golf industry dynamics (golf facilities, coaching, simulators), ideally with a network or experience in golf business. • Strong analytical skills, ability to assess markets, and creating scalable strategies. • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills suited to executive-level stakeholders. • Able to work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to bring partnerships to life. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and business development frameworks. • Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner visits, and field engagements.
