📋 Description

• Administer, maintain, and evolve corporate Microsoft environments and customer environments • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring availability, performance, and stability of services • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server environments • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, including user and group management, synchronization, licensing, and authentication • Perform administration of Microsoft Azure platform resources, supporting the maintenance and evolution of cloud services • Manage virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi • Resolve incidents, perform troubleshooting, and provide advanced support related to Microsoft infrastructure • Monitor monitoring tools and act proactively to identify and resolve incidents • Create and maintain technical documentation for environments • Interact with customers, internal teams, and vendors to address technical requirements • Participate in deployment, migration, and continuous improvement projects for the infrastructure • Participate in on-call rotations when required • Work with the monitoring and customer support team • Monitor consoles and handle alert events • Modify virtual server hardware resources • Notify the team of actions performed • Participate in team communication channels • Escalate to support teams when needed • Handle incoming phone calls

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft environments in production • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID • Experience with virtualization using VMware vSphere/ESXi • Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) • Experience supporting and maintaining corporate and client environments • Administration experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 • Active Directory administration, including users, groups, GPOs, OUs, delegated permissions, and password policies • Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, with a focus on administration of virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and identity • Administration of DNS, DHCP, File Server (NTFS, permissions, and quotas) and Print Server • Knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation of routines in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure • Ability to create, interpret, and maintain scripts for user provisioning, data collection, report generation, and automation of administrative tasks • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix or similar) • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and Firewall) • Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields • Courses focused on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, or PowerShell are considered a plus • Desired certifications: Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, SC-900, ITIL Foundation, and VMware VCP
