âą Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, in strategic enterprise accounts âą Design/refine territory and account coverage models, with dual growth focus on net-new and expansion âą Lead/mentor account executives, where required, to exceed their objectives âą Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and partners across banking, insurance, telecom, government, energy, and other sectors âą Drive complex solution sales with multiple decision-makers, partners and extended timelines âą Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue and growth objectives âą Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success) to drive end-to-end motions âą Represent Uniphore as a trusted advisor and thought leader on AI innovation in the region.
âą 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience (AI, CX, SaaS, automation, cloud) âą A record of successfully managing and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals âą The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and partners âą Established industry relationships in at least one priority sector (banking, insurance, telecom, media, retail, energy & utilities) âą Strong negotiation, contract, financial & commercial acumen âą Based in London, with willingness to travel regionally as needed.
