• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning them with the foundation's goals. • Lead the annual marketing planning process, setting KPIs, and ensuring consistent tracking and reporting. • Drive the creation and refresh of the design system, developing compelling campaigns to attract developers. • Oversee content creation across diverse platforms like YouTube, podcasts, social media, and live events. • Integrate data and analytics into marketing decisions, working closely with in-house and/or agency resources. • Build and manage a high-performing team, including recruiting and mentoring, while effectively collaborating with external partners and freelancers. • Coordinate with various department leaders to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. • Manage budgets and collaborate with operations and finance teams to maintain fiscal responsibility. • Build a strong data-driven and experimentation-oriented culture through storytelling with data. • Create a world-class brand that delivers ROI, drives word of mouth and permeates every interaction throughout the business. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the customer and their behaviors
• Proven experience in leading marketing and creative teams, particularly in developer tooling, open source software, or crypto. • Expertise in GTM campaign development, content marketing, email marketing, multichannel nurture strategies, media metrics, web analytics, and marketing automation. • Experience working with Developer marketing a strong plus • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. • Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving customer’s needs • Ability to work cross-functionally and foster a collaborative environment. • A hands-on state of mind. • Passion for DeFi and a commitment to the Uniswap Foundation's mission.
