• Minimum of three years in a customer-facing role • High energy and passion for customer success and exceeding business goals • Program or project management experience, ideally focused on onboarding or customer processes • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Customer empathy to understand unique customer needs • Integrity in customer interactions and collaboration • Adaptability to learn from failures and try new approaches • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
