Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the unitQ experience • Lead onboarding and training programs, working closely with Sales and Operations teams • Drive improvements in the onboarding process to enhance customer experience • Proactively engage with customers to deliver insights and help operationalize unitQ's data • Understand and communicate ROI of the unitQ platform to customers • Document and track activities for accounts, providing feedback to internal teams • Track customer indicators, drive contract renewals, and upsell opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of three years in a customer-facing role • High energy and passion for customer success and exceeding business goals • Program or project management experience, ideally focused on onboarding or customer processes • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Customer empathy to understand unique customer needs • Integrity in customer interactions and collaboration • Adaptability to learn from failures and try new approaches • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
