Description

• As the Lead Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our data analysis initiatives and driving the development of actionable insights and recommendations. • Lead efforts to explore and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends, using statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools. • Create compelling data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. • Mentor and coach junior data analysts, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for skill development and career growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence. • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading data analysis teams and delivering impactful insights and recommendations. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib, and proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Strong statistical analysis skills, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series forecasting. • Experience with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms, with proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
