📋 Description

• Provide customer service via WhatsApp with a focus on product sales. • Recommend products/services based on customer profile. • Guide customers through to purchase completion. • Clarify questions about products, services, timelines, and terms and conditions. • Ensure a positive, brand-aligned customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. • Experience in customer service or sales.
