Description
• Manage core product and shape its future direction • Work closely with CEO, users, and engineering team • Conduct user research and discovery efforts • Set product strategy, roadmap, and engineering team priorities • Work cross-functionally to drive product forward and execute strategy • Communicate and document effectively within a distributed team
Requirements
• At least 1 year of end-to-end product development experience in a tech startup • Comfortable talking to users and conducting user interviews • Strong design sense with focus on simplicity and usability • Open to feedback, fast-paced, and detail-oriented • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a remote global team • Data-driven decision-maker • Bonus: Experience in compliance tech, Amplitude, and Figma
