• Lead the end-to-end management across a range of projects including but not limited to the evaluation and implementation of SaaS tools, ensuring timely delivery within scope, and budget, and meeting the goals of the business. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, people and culture, analytics, revenue and marketing to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks effectively. • Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns. • Be the primary point of contact for meetings, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships. • Conduct post-project debrief reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to optimize processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams • Exceptional prioritization skills and a detail-oriented approach • Be energized by hard problems and working in a fast-paced environment
