Description
• Upskiller is building an executive coaching platform to democratise access to personalised learning and development for junior employees • Looking for a skilled part-time UX Researcher to design the coaching platform to meet users, coaches, and employers needs • Responsibilities include working closely with product & founder, establishing research project plan, writing, designing, and distributing surveys, meeting potential users, conducting competitor research, performing usability testing, analysing data, and communicating insights • End goal is to create a coaching platform that users love because it's user-friendly, intuitive, and impactful
Requirements
• Degree in HCI/Usability/Cognitive Psychology or related experience • Strong, confident communicator with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills • Good listener and empathetic with customers • Innovative and creative approach to understanding customer requirements • Understanding of gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods • Open, flexible and adaptable mindset • Familiar with major productivity tools (such as Slack and Notion) and major research tools
