• Upwork is looking for an experienced Java Development Team Lead / Manager to work on one of our products within the platform
Requirements
• 8+ years of software development experience using Java • At least 3 years of team management experience • Technical leadership experience in building complex projects from ideation to launch • Ability to define the roadmap and goals for the team in partnership with the product team • Proven experience with delivering business-critical projects • Strong project management skills, and experience partnering with cross-functional teams • People management skills • Good interpersonal skills and strong experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders • Communicate frequently and effectively in English.
