Description
• Provide analytical support for sales quota attainment, sales compensation, and headcount planning. • Promptly investigate and respond to questions from the sales team regarding commission details and calculations • Prepare, calculate, forecast and analyze monthly and quarterly commissions for Upwork’s sales teams • Configure and administer incentive compensation plans and reporting in Anaplan. Onboard new hires into the system. Validate Anaplan-derived payment results during period close • Implement reporting, controls, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of administration
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a finance or analytical related role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Modeling, reporting and presentation skills (Excel and G-suite) • Self starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced environment • Ability to think creatively and has high standard of accuracy and precision • Prior experience with Anaplan, Salesforce.com, or Domo • Experience with ICM software • Understanding or experience in a marketplace or escrow environment
