Description
• Lead and Oversee: You’ll be the go-to for managing all things accounting – think AR, AP, and RCM. • Monthly Masters: Take charge of the monthly financial statement prep. No surprises, just clear, accurate reporting. • Initiative Champion: Spearhead financial improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and effectiveness. • Reporting Guru: Keep everyone in the loop with spot-on financial and KPI reporting. • Audit Prep: Set us up for success for our first audit coming in 2025.
Requirements
• Experience Matters: At least 3 years in accounting, bonus points if it's in public accounting. • Finance Wizard: 2+ years in finance or FP&A, ideally within the healthcare realm.
