📋 Description
• Provide strategies and perform sourcing activities to attract talent • Receive and screen all applications • Phone screen applicants who may fit needs for programs • Perform interviews • Assist all screened and interviewed candidates through onboarding process • Use applicant tracking system daily to track assignments and manage candidate onboarding activities • Communicate and meet regularly with your supervisor to update them on progress, potential problems, and program concerns
🎯 Requirements
• Hold a bachelor’s degree • At least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting
