📋 Description
• Source high potential candidates for hourly Field roles • Support the full recruiting lifecycle • Establish relationships with hiring managers and HR partners • Develop and execute flexible recruiting plans • Promote US Foods as the employer of choice • Manage candidate slates and communication • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years in full-lifecycle recruiting • Minimum 3 years’ experience sourcing talent • High proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong ability to cold call and source talent with Boolean search techniques • Experience with web-based applicant tracking system preferred (Taleo/Workday)
