• Responsible for scoping, designing, and deploying end-user and customer automation journeys using AI and data science • Create and build complex workflows using industry best practices • Write solution and technical documentation • Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT, and production deployment • Understand and design solutions to meet customer business requirements • Support product development and bug reporting using Asana and Jira • Allocate time to client-facing demonstrations and drafting responses for RFx • Work in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment
• 5-8 years experience in consulting or enterprise SaaS solutions • Startup DNA with problem-solving attitude • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Amazon AWS • Proficiency in REST APIs and Postman tool • Passion for technology and agility in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment • Diligent in Agile delivery • Strong knowledge of software platforms/frameworks such as Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and MS Dynamics 365 • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams and personnel
