• Create and build complex workflows using best practices• Write solution and technical documentation including data flow diagrams and business process flows• Utilize technical consulting skills to implement software solutions• Provide support and technical implementation on multiple projects at multiple clients• Design solutions to satisfy customer business requirements• Support product development, bug reporting using Asana and Jira• Allocate time to client-facing demonstrations and drafting RFx responses

Requirements

• 3-8 years experience in consulting or mid-to-large SaaS enterprise solutions• Startup DNA mentality with a customer-first behavior• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills• Familiarity with cloud services, REST APIs, and Postman tool• Passion for technology and fast-growing SaaS startups• Diligent in Agile delivery and strong organizational skills• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of software platforms/frameworks such as Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and MS Dynamics 365
