β€’ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. β€’ Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. β€’ Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. β€’ Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist reps in promoting sales. β€’ Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product. β€’ Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. β€’ Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. β€’ Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. β€’ Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. β€’ Mentoring: Participates in Company-sponsored training and provides mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. β€’ Must have valid and current driver’s license β€’ Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time by air and auto
