Description

• Identify and build relationships with decision makers while managing the end to end sales cycle • Develop a strategy to drive growth within the region by following a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers • Develop and close new business opportunities with prospective clients while managing relationships with your existing accounts • Work collaboratively with Professional Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction • Accurate forecasting & reporting

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred: SaaS, software solutions, IT services) • Customer orientation, open-mindedness, ability to learn in a team and have proactive communication skills • Enjoy building and applying new knowledge and achieving sales goals. • Excellent eye for detail and a structured approach to working • Ability to work independently with flat hierarchies • Above-average written and verbal German, and at least business-fluent English skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time • High motivation to make a difference and actively grow with us Nice to have • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management and/or the Atlassian licensing business • Knowledge of CRM applications such as Hubspot or similar products for inbound marketing, sales and customer experience • Experience in an agile environment and/or traditional project management and/or IT service management
