📋 Description

• Act as the central interface between internal departments and clients • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Continuously inform clients about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities • Further develop the existing benefits portfolio • Implement innovative bonus models • Design tailored benefits programs • Provide strategic advice to clients • Analyze existing benefits systems • Develop future-proof solutions to increase employee satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Clear, persuasive communication with strong presentation skills • Consulting skills • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style • Strong organizational skills • Solid commercial/business knowledge • Fluent German and English (negotiation-level) • Solid project management knowledge • Affinity for technical topics
