• Identify and acquire potential housing partners in the German market • Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing concepts • Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually to ensure a professional and positive service experience • Explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing in a clear and accessible way • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes in the area of housing acquisition
• Professional experience in the German real estate sector (e.g., as an estate agent, in property management, or in a comparable role) • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and persuasively — including to diverse target groups • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of responsibility • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
