📋 Description

• Identifying and acquiring potential housing partners in the German market • Providing tailored advice to landlords, property owners, and property managers on corporate housing concepts • Supporting partners by phone, in writing, and virtually to ensure a professional service experience • Explaining complex tax and financial topics related to housing • Actively contributing to the further development of services and processes in housing procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as a real estate agent, in property management, or in comparable roles • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and persuasively — including to diverse audiences • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
