📋 Description

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market • Provide tailored consulting to landlords, property owners and property management companies on corporate housing solutions and build long-term partnerships • Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually to ensure a professional service experience • Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing in a clear and understandable way • Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the area of housing acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as a real estate agent, in property management or in comparable roles • Ability to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively — including to different target groups • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
