📋 Description

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market • Advise landlords, owners and property managers on company housing solutions and build long-term partnerships • Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually, ensuring a professional and positive service experience • Explain complex tax and financial issues related to housing clearly and convincingly • Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the area of housing procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as an estate agent, in property management or in comparable roles • Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and persuasively – including to diverse target groups • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications • Ability to work independently, in a structured way and with a strong sense of responsibility • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
