• Identify and acquire potential housing partners in the German market • Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners, and property managers on corporate housing concepts • Support partners by phone, in writing, and virtually to ensure a positive service experience • Explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing in a clear and persuasive manner • Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in housing procurement
• Professional experience in the real estate industry in Germany • Ability to explain complex issues clearly • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications • Independent, structured, and responsible work style • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
