📋 Description

• Manage payroll processing activities for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery • Support payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes within payroll, benefits, and retirement systems • Maintain payroll records, including compensation updates, benefit elections, deductions, organizational changes, and employee data updates • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and pay administration processes • Support year-end payroll activities and compliance requirements across global regions • Assist with general ledger reconciliations, vacation accruals, and payroll reporting activities • Monitor regulatory, tax, and legislative updates that may impact payroll and benefits administration

🎯 Requirements

• Experience processing Canadian and U.S. payroll within a multi-entity, multi-region, or complex business environment • Payroll certification or equivalent payroll administration experience • Experience using payroll systems such as UKG, Workday, CloudPay, or similar platforms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and work with large volumes of payroll data • Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or equivalent lookup and reporting functions) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information appropriately • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English • Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
