📋 Description

• Improve partner renewal rates through partner relationships and education on the benefits of Veeam renewals • Quantitatively monitor and qualitatively review partners targeted for improvement in renewals sales • Collaborate with external partners, including distributors and resellers, and Veeam sales and marketing teams • Handle partner inquiries about plans, renewals programs, promotions, upsells, cross-sells, and product upgrades • Pursue lapsed customers through channel partners to sell reinstated products • Handle 90% of escalations independently • Track renewal rates and other partner metrics; communicate findings and present improvement and ROI strategies • Track trending partner data, identify obstacles, develop partner strategies, and position growth opportunities • Generate regular reports and ensure contracts contain appropriate maintenance-renewal terms and conditions • Assist in developing channel programs for renewals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered • Minimum 1 year of experience in renewals sales and collaboration with partners and distributors in a two-tier distribution model is a plus • Advanced English and Portuguese • Knowledge of the virtualization industry and ability to relay information to potential customers • Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools, including Excel and Outlook • Knowledge of Salesforce.com • IT knowledge • Strong interest in technology innovation and the industry
