Description

• Oversee all aspects of development, delivery, and maintenance of Android applications • Collaborate closely with Product Management and stakeholders to drive new feature delivery • Mentor and train team members for exceptional performance • Implement best practices to optimize costs and enhance observability • Design and implement solutions suitable for various deployments • Manage and execute release plans for timely delivery of updates and improvements • Provide support to other teams as they design and implement Android components

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, MCA or related field • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Android application development • Proficiency in Android development technologies (Java/Kotlin, Android Studio, Android Jetpack, Retrofit, Dagger, Firebase, RxJava/Coroutines) • Expertise in multi-threading and synchronization techniques • At least 2 years of experience with Python for automation • Experience in Agile development environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Mindset of continuous learning and innovation • Commitment to mentoring and developing team members
