📋 Description

• Develop and optimize workflows, automations, and CRM processes in HubSpot • Develop pragmatic automation solutions using modern AI, no-code, and low-code tools • Analyze internal data and develop meaningful dashboards and reports to visualize relevant KPIs • Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop data-driven improvement solutions • Connect HubSpot with other systems and automation platforms • Work closely with the Academy, Marketing, Production, and other departments • Provide departments and executive management with essential decision-making insights through reports and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline • Professional experience administering and further developing CRM systems, ideally HubSpot • Strong analytical understanding of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard solutions • Experience with modern AI tools and agent systems, such as GPT or Claude • Initial experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make or Zapier is a plus • Strong analytical and technical aptitude, combined with a passion for pragmatic solutions • Structured, independent approach to work and willingness to quickly learn new technologies • Excellent written and spoken German
