Description

Vendr is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join their workflows team. As the product leader, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of approval workflow capabilities. This includes ensuring customers can get ahead of spend, enforce policy, gain efficiency through automation, enhance visibility and control, and intuitively represent complex business processes. The role involves customer obsession, cross-functional collaboration, driving impact, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience • At least 4 years focused on launching successful B2B SaaS products • Prior expertise with procurement and accounting processes • Familiarity with the entire procurement process • Domain expertise in SaaS procurement processes and workflow tools • Startup experience • Experience with Jobs to Be Done framework and PRD writing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail
